Mira Road & Bhayandar

Our vision is to transform Mira Bhayandar into a sustainable urban hub over the next 25 years, enhancing quality of life and fostering economic growth. Together, we will strengthen community engagement, improve public services, and preserve our cultural heritage for a resilient future.

Metro lines to Uttan and Gorai

The metro rail project in the MBMC area is progressing well. I propose extending the corridor to Uttan, Gorai, and Borivali West, enhancing connectivity with the MCGM area. This project will alleviate transportation issues and offer citizens easier travel options.

About Me

Population and High Rise towers re-development

According to UDCPR Rule No. 3.3.9, proposals will be made to widen existing public roads that are narrower than 12 meters. This initiative will support the development of multi-storied buildings to meet the needs of the growing population and improve public facilities.

VVIP hospital emergency 4 helipads

To address transportation challenges for critically ill patients in the MBMC area, I propose reserving four helipads on 30 or 45-meter wide roads. These helipads will provide immediate emergency assistance and facilitate VVIP movements while ensuring law and order.

Better Transportation

We will Increase Frequency of MBMT Buses to meet the requirements of a growing Population and make ticket affordable. Buses launched as part of JNNURM Scheme which are currently dumped in the depot in a pathetic condition will be revamped and Put into service to resolve the transport issue of our city.

Budget Approval for Metro from MMRDA

As per the MMRDA’s budget of 2016-17, no proper funds have been allotted for Mira- Bhainder Metro. We promise you to bring funds and get the work executed from MMRDA for our Mira-Bhainder Metro

Provision for Pet Lovers

We will construct the MBMC – Veterinary Hospital for the pet lovers of our city. We will construct a new burial ground for pets in our city. We will make reservations of places for stray animals (digs, cats, etc) to make our roads safe for our citizens.

Parking Provisions

We will make a Multi-Storey parking facility at the station to avoid the congestion and ensure safety for the vehicles of our citizens. We will also make proper parking provisions at the key places which is currently the need of the hour for our city.

Concrete Roads

Despite crores of rupees being spent on maintenance, we are still suffering because of potholes and bad condition of our roads leading to accidents and water logging. It’s our promise to provide hassle free transportation with pothole free cemented roads in our city.

Toll-Free Mira-Bhayandar

We will take this matter up with the State Government and bring relief to the residents of Mira-Bhayandar from the Toll Naka. After all, we are already contributing crores to the State Exchequer.

Judicial Court in Mira-Bhayandar

Our city needs better governance. As per the proposed plan in 2010, the construction of Judicial Court is on the verge of completion. We promise to start its functioning at the earliest to maintain law and order in our city.

Proposal for Metro linked

Uttan – Gorai- Manori. Metro extention towards Kasar Vadavali & Gaimukh A ring route of Metro will bring about better connectivity and facilitate smooth movement of transport and reduce the stress of daily commuters. We will also facilitate in executing the metro extension towards Kasarvadavli and Gaimukh from our city.

Deemed Conveyance process

We will solve disputes and ease the Deemed Conveyance Deed process for Co-operative housing societies in our city.

MBMC Help Center 24x7

We will set up a 24x 7 MBMC helpline number for citizens to solve their queries related to documentation issues as well as provide information pertaining to MBMC departments in a single call.

Construction of Bhayandar - Dahisar Link road

We will construct the Bhainder-Dahisar Link road to ease traffic problems. One of our top priorities is to reduce the travelling time of our citizens and ensure hassle-free commuting.

Hawker Free Roads

awkers are a major cause of congestion for internal city traffic on streets and near railway station. We will give proposal for creating proper hawker zones in the city.

महाराष्ट्राच्या विधान परिषदेचे दोन वेळा सदस्य असलेले सय्यद मुझफ्फर हुसैन हे व्यवसायाने बांधकाम व्यावसायिक आहेत आणि मुंबईजवळील मीरा रोड येथे त्यांचे वडील सय्यद नजर हुसैन यांच्या टाउनशिप विकसित करण्याचा व्यवसाय ते पुढे चालवत होते. पण महाराष्ट्रातील शेतकऱ्यांच्या आत्महत्यांच्या बातम्या त्यांना सतत त्रास देत राहिल्या." विधानपरिषद सदस्य म्हणून कार्यरत असताना त्यांना राज्यातील विविध क्षेत्रांत काम करण्याची संधी मिळाली. विशेषतः ग्रामीण भाग आणि शेतकरी यांच्या समस्यांचा अभ्यास करताना त्यांच्या हे लक्षात आले की केवळ धोरणे आणि योजनांच्या माध्यमातून शाश्वत बदल घडवता येईलच असे नाही. शेती क्षेत्राला दीर्घकालीन स्थैर्य देण्यासाठी प्रत्यक्ष जमिनीवर उतरून, शेतकऱ्यांसोबत राहून त्यांच्या अडचणी समजून घेणे आवश्यक आहे.

Making Development plans with Municipal Corporation and having about 375 public reservation for Schools, Hospitals, College, Auditorium, Theatres, Cinemas, Car Parks, Bus Depots, Slaughter House, Dumping Grounds, Cross Connecting Roads so on. Once this Development plan was in place it was a tough challenge to implement it, but I had been on to it even before the govt of Maharashtra had finally sanctioned and so a lot of them are just starting now. The most important of them were the solid waste management project, Additional water scheme and underground drainage system which has finally taken their shape and are under progress. The sanction of Rs 1950 Crore from J.N.N. U.R.M project of central govt needless to say this city should thank Smt. Sonia Gandhi, Dr. Manmohan Singh, Shri Gulam Nabi Azad, Ex-CM Shri Vilasrao Deshmukh and CM Ashok Chavan. The project includes Metro rail connections to thane and Mumbai. It was a real hard shell to break to include Mira Bhayender in this project. It almost took me constant follow up for 5 years. . Finally, underground drainage is set to start now for which all formalities completed. Solid waste project is done at Uttan additional water supply of 35 MLD from M.I.D.C. Dam is completed and Additional 100 MLD is proposed in J.N.N.U.R.M. project costing 100crs plus. Having a strong belief in secularism and democracy. I was able to solve major infrastructure problems like Rationing Shop, Gas Connections, BEST Bus Services, Street Lights, Water, Drainage, Railway Stations, Railway Services, M.T.N.L, Cremation Ground, Kabrastan, Burial Ground, Joggers Park, Blood Bank, Municipal Hospital, Library, Morgue Room, Various Number of gardens Parks. Making Development plans with Municipal Corporation and having about 375 public reservation for Schools, Hospitals, College, Auditorium, Theatres, Cinemas, Car Parks, Bus Depots, Slaughter House, Dumping Grounds, Cross Connecting Roads so on. Once this Development plan was in place it was a tough challenge to implement it, but I had been on to it even before the govt of Maharashtra had finally sanctioned and so a lot of them are just starting now. The most important of them were the solid waste management project, Additional water scheme and underground drainage system which has finally taken their shape and are under progress. The sanction of Rs 1950 Crore from J.N.N. U.R.M project of central govt needless to say this city should thank Smt. Sonia Gandhi, Dr. Manmohan Singh, Shri Gulam Nabi Azad, Ex-CM Shri Vilasrao Deshmukh and CM Ashok Chavan. The project includes Metro rail connections to thane and Mumbai. It was a real hard shell to break to include Mira Bhayender in this project. It almost took me constant follow up for 5 years. . Finally, underground drainage is set to start now for which all formalities completed. Solid waste project is done at Uttan additional water supply of 35 MLD from M.I.D.C. Dam is completed and Additional 100 MLD is proposed in J.N.N.U.R.M. project costing 100crs plus. I can't forget to mention all those leaders who have put in their efforts and helped me to solve all infrastructure issues. National and State Leaders: Hon. Smt. Sonia Gandhiji, Hon.
